How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?
Typically, we will get back to you within one business day. For very complex projects or during peak seasons, it may take a bit longer – we will inform you accordingly.
Can I also request a sample directly?
Yes. Indicate in the field "Message" or "Your concern / project description" that you would like samples. We will coordinate with you on which variants make sense.
From what quantities is it worth making a request?
Typically starting from about 50–100 pairs per design. We are not optimally set up for very small quantities or individual pieces – however, feel free to reach out to us if in doubt.
Is there a direct contact for recurring projects?
Yes. For regular or larger projects, we will assign you a dedicated contact person who knows your history and coordinates projects.
