What is the minimum order quantity for custom socks?
Custom socks can usually be produced from about 50 pairs per design. If multiple sizes are included in one order, there is usually a minimum quantity per size.
What is the ordering process?
Typical process: 1) Send inquiry – fastest via the quote calculator. 2) Receive design proposal. 3) Feedback and adjustments. 4) Review and approve production template. 5) Production and shipping of the socks.
When does production start?
Production only begins after your final approval of the production templates and the order summary. This ensures that all details are correct.
Design & Files
What file formats are suitable for logos?
Ideal formats are vector files like PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG. Alternatively, high-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.
Can I specify Pantone or corporate colors?
Yes. You can specify Pantone or corporate colors. We will match these with our yarn color catalog and choose the closest yarn color.
Where can the logo be placed on the sock?
Typical positions are shaft, foot area, instep, or sole. Full surface patterns and mirrored logos are also possible.
Materials & Quality
What materials are the socks made of?
A typical composition is, for example, 80% cotton, 15–17% polyamide, and 3–5% elastane. This ensures comfort, durability, and a good fit.
Are the socks printed or knitted?
The socks are not printed – the design is directly knitted with colored yarns. This makes the designs durable, colorfast, and high-quality.
Sizes & Fit
Can I order multiple sizes?
Yes, multiple sizes are easily possible as long as the respective minimum quantities per size are adhered to.
What sizes can be produced?
Typical size ranges are, for example, 36–41, 42–46, 47–50 for adults and 23–26, 27–30, 31–35 for children.
Is there a universal size?
Size 36–41 can often be used as one size (approx. 36–43) since socks are elastic due to the elastane content.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does production take?
The average project duration is often around 5–6 weeks from final approval of the production templates. For larger quantities, the delivery time may be slightly extended.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Germany, all EU countries, Switzerland, and upon request to other countries.
Can delivery be made to multiple addresses?
Yes, shipping to multiple locations is possible. Please indicate this in your inquiry.
Prices & Payment
What factors affect the price?
The price is influenced by factors such as order quantity, sock type, design complexity, number of colors, packaging type, and any special options.
Will I receive a quote in advance?
Yes, you will receive a non-binding quote including a design proposal. This is fastest via the online quote calculator.
When do I have to pay?
The invoice is usually issued upon shipping of the socks. Payment is typically made via SEPA transfer within an agreed payment term.

Can I order sample socks?
Yes. Sample socks help to check quality, colors, and feel. Just contact us with your project request.
Is there a color catalog?
Yes, you can choose from many cotton and polyamide colors. The color catalogs are available online and help to match your corporate colors.
Complaints & Reordering
What should I do if the goods are damaged?
Please contact us promptly with photos and a brief description. We will review the case and find a solution together.
Can I reorder socks?
In many cases, a re-production of the existing design is possible. Just provide your previous order information.
