Production Process
This is how socks are made with circular knitting machines
1. Design Creation
From your logo and your brand colors, a technical knit design is created with clearly defined color areas and motif positions around the knitting cylinder.
2. Creation of 1:1 Knitting Files
The approved motif is translated into machine-specific programs – each needle is precisely instructed when to create which stitch with which yarn color.
3. Knitting with Cotton & Polyamide
On circular knitting machines, combed cotton for comfort and polyamide for stability are combined; yarn tension, color fidelity, and rapport are continuously monitored.
