ABOUT OUR SOCKS
Sizes
Our personalized socks are available in children's sizes from 23 to 26, over 27–30 and 31–35, up to the common adult sizes 36–41 and 42–46. To accommodate even the largest feet, we also offer sizes 46–50.
Material
Our products are made of 80% cotton, 17% polyamide, and 3% elastane. For sports socks, we use 15% polyamide and 5% elastane to ensure elasticity and an improved fit.
Delivery Time
From approval to delivery, we need an average of 5 weeks. Before that, one week should be planned for the preparation and design of the production template. If you're in a hurry, you can also receive socks within 2–4 weeks with our express service.
Shipping
The delivery of our personalized socks is done via UPS, FedEx Express, or courier and is already included in the offer price within the EU and Switzerland.

Where we knit
We knit mostly in Poland and supplement that in Denmark. We choose the location internally, depending on the order and capacity.
In Poland we manufacture through a long-term partner. Colours and knitting files come from us — not as artwork that someone else simply implements. In Denmark we have our own production. It is newer and supplements Poland. That keeps the knitting know-how with us.

Control and reorders
Every project is software- and database-backed: design, knitting file, colours, sizes and delivery belong together. A reorder uses the same order record. You do not start from scratch.
After approval the design is translated into a knitting template. The socks are knitted on circular machines, linked, washed and boarded. Quality control, packaging and shipping follow.
Project Process and Manufacturing Procedure for Custom Socks
Project Preparation
You create an offer through our website and receive a design proposal. Once this is approved, you will receive a label design, a production template, and a summary of your order. Once this is also approved, and the order for your custom socks is placed, production preparation begins.
Production Preparation
1. Create knitting template: The knitting template is created at the beginning of the process. The design of the sock is converted into a knitting template that contains the specific instructions for the circular knitting machine. Here, details such as patterns, colors, sizes, and materials are defined. The socks and the designs are knitted from yarn. The designs are created by arranging individual knitting stitches according to the knitting template, which includes your desired design. The sock design is manually converted into a knitting template so that the design can be formed from woven stitches. The socks are not printed. 2. Selection and preparation of yarns: The yarns are selected based on the requirements of the knitting template. For socks made of cotton, polyamide, and elastane, appropriately colored yarns of these materials are used. The yarns are prepared for use on the circular knitting machine, in cones or large spools.
Production
1. Set up circular knitting machines: The circular knitting machines are set according to the knitting template and the requirements for the design, size, and other specifications. The yarns are fed into the machine, and the machine is programmed accordingly. 2. Knitting the socks: The circular knitting machines knit the socks in a continuous cycle. The needles of the machine knit the yarns according to the specified instructions of the knitting template. This creates the tube that forms the basic structure of the sock. 3. Linking: The linking step is important to shape the toe of the sock and reinforce the heel. Special needles are used here to close the stitches and achieve the desired shape of the sock's toe. 4. Washing and steaming: The finished knitted and linked socks are washed and steamed to remove excess fibers, soften the socks, and bring them into their final shape.
Quality Control
The socks undergo a quality control process, where they are checked for defects, fit, color accuracy, and other quality features to ensure they meet the standards.
Packaging
After successful quality control, the socks are packaged. They are sorted, folded, packaged in pairs with a label or band, and packed into boxes for transport.
Shipping
Finally, shipping to your chosen delivery address is done via a shipping company such as UPS, FedEx Express, or GO! Express. Shipping to the EU and Switzerland is already included in the price. Upon request, we also ship socks worldwide.

We combine knitting technique and design so the logo sits in the sock — not as a print. The process starts with your idea, then a custom design, then production. Colours come from the yarn catalog; sizes from our size chart. Colours and knitting files stay with us.
